A Great Program to Keep Track of Mileage
I have been using the SmartMileage program for the past few months and have found it to be very useful in keeping track of my business miles. It is easy to use and provides me the categories that my accountant requires of me: who, what, when, where, & why. It takes me just a few seconds to fill in the information; has a calendar lookup function, automatically calculates total miles driven, and will save it automatically when I close out of the program.

SmartMileage allows you to easily and quickly enter mileage and reason for mileage, for income tax reporting. Dates are automatically entered by the program and reasons can be automatically brought in from the next appointment's subject line in the calendar database. This program will save hours of manually entering data after the fact. You can now enter the mileage while in your car. Imports and exports data to and from other products using a comma delimited file. Saves data as an xml database, thus you can read it by many desktop programs as well. Trial version will last 15 days and then will expire.
