I just paid to activate the trial software after it expired. Wen I launch the program, it tells me it has expired and I click ok. it launches a window asking for a key, I enter the key and clicking register does nothing. I am using on a HTC touch pro, please help

Do I need to reinstall the application ?  If so, will it keep my data entered during the reial period? I need it, since I have not logged it elsewhere yet.

Rob,  Same issue here on Samsung i760.  Get an error message or no response when entering my code.  Tried removing and reinstalling the application with the same result.  Ed

The most common issue with the registration key is that the Owner Name used during the purchase process does not match the Owner Name on the device.   The easiest way to resolve this problem is to email our support group with the correct Owner Name and we will send you a new registration code.  You may need to include your purchase information as well.
